Technique Description: The exposed through posterior approach. then longitudinally split to expose deep degenerated tissue. tissue any existing osteophytes are removed. superficial layer sewn back down deeper tendon. advanced distally, incision closed. This followed double–row with suture anchors. Results: Excellent clinical outcomes have been reported re–rupture rates around 7% at 4–year follow–up. Discussion/Conclusion: Partial complete ruptures require treatment. Current options yield excellent outcomes.
